Chanda Sprague Social Worker Intern (She/Her/Hers): Chanda is a current student at Capella University of Minneapolis Minnesota. She obtained her Bachelors in Psychology with Capella University, and is currently working in her title of Licensed Practical Nurse in a Veteran’s Administration facility. She has a background in healthcare spanning over twenty years. Chanda has worked in various mental health capacities to include: home care, methadone clinics, prison systems, women’s programs, and PTSD/SUD programs.
Chanda says: “I take pride in my diverse upbringing and appreciate the ‘rainbow’ community of my old neighborhood. It has taught me to respect other cultures, what they believe, their religions and I absolutely enjoy exploring their fine cuisine.”
Chanda is passionate about helping others in the mental health spectrum and is diligent in her therapy methods. She is currently working in psychotherapy trauma with the goal of helping her clients get to a ‘better place’.
